The exercise just isn't happening as often as it should. Sucks by the time I get back from work I'm mentally exhausted from this stress and don't feel like it. Just want to veg out and enter contests and watch TV.

And it's been raining every time Mike & I try to go for a walk. No excuse, I know.

Good lord I'm sick today, Mr. Bathroom is my friend. Don't know what I ate that did it, probably that damn Blizzard from yesterday.

I pulled some weird random muscles everywhere yesterday from my workout, they're crying out in agony wondering why I did this to them, poor little muscles. I also stepped on a rock in the basement somehow and bruised the ball of my foot, only I figure out how to do stuff like that.

Not much today, caved and went to Dairy Queen, that place is the devil. Worked out in the basement to my salsa dance DVD thing, busted a move, went to bed.

Well Mike & I tried to get up early this morning to go for a walk, but alas, the alarm was changed and back to sleep we went. Didn't plan that very well by going to bed at midnight. Duh!

I'll work out tonight..hopefully, I'm still kind of tired so I may nap. Damn you sleep, why are you so good to me?

Well yesterday was successful after all. I was just going to eat all that crap and go to bed but I forced myself to go work out. My mind said no no, but somehow the willpower kicked in and said, "bitch, get up!!".

I downloaded some fitness DVDs, belly dancing and the core rhythms system (like a salsa dancing workout). The salsa one is pretty fun, but it gave me jello legs and my 15 minutes were way past over so I quit that early, I'll get into it again tonight.

I hope nobody installs any hidden webcams in my basement, cause there's some goofy ass uncoordinated aerobics going on down there.

I failed today. The weekends are the worst. I'm cooped up all day so then I get to go out and gorge. Reboot this week!
